About Me

Holly is a former collegiate athlete with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. She has competed in numerous 5k charity races, the Saratoga Palio 1/2 Marathon, Tour de Cure, and Ragnar Relay Teams. She also provides speed and agility programs to local travel teams. 

Committed to Your Success

Holly is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She also holds an Exercise is Medicine certification to work with your physician if you've been prescribed an exercise program. Holly understands that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get healthy at YOUR pace. Wellness coaching is included in each session.

What is a Healthy PhyZeke?

Healthy PhyZeke (pronounced Fa-Zeek)  is your own version of feeling your best and looking amazing! I decided to continue to follow my passion to help people get healthy. What better way to do that than in the comfort of their own space? What does your Healthy PhyZeke look like?

What's With the Name?

Holly's last name "Zelenkewich" is a tough one to say, let alone spell, so "Zeke" has become a family nickname. It is now in its second generation use for business! We have Zeke the Plumber, and Zeke the Trainer! 

My father, "Zeke" and I both started our own businesses out of the desire and pride to be able to do what we do, to the highest quality. Zeke always says, "Anything worth doing is worth doing well!" You can be sure that if a Healthy PhyZeke is what you're working for, that's what you'll get! 


Q: Do you provide meal plans?

A: Holly is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and can provide a framework for fueling the body and help develop a healthy relationship with food.  Although a Registered Dietitian can provide detailed meal plans, Holly will work with you to make healthier food choices and can connect you with a professional based on your needs.

Q: Is there a difference between "health coaching" and "wellness coaching?"

A: Both are used in the industry as the model to promote behavior change. The process is a proven method to achieve sustainable health goals. Click the link below to read the research.
